Process brief:The hydrochloric acid to be resolved is measured by a transfer pump through a flow meter, and then continuously sent to the preheater and the desorption evaporator for heating and desorption. Hydrogen chloride is desorbed, with saturated water vapor in the middle. After two-stage condensation, the gas phase becomes large. Part of the water vapor is condensed to produce hydrogen chloride gas with very little water. The tail gas enters the hydrochloric acid absorption system, and 36% hydrochloric acid is produced by absorption. After the separation agent enters the two-stage evaporator for evaporation and concentration, it enters the separation evaporator for recycling. . The condensed water of the raw steam passes through the preheater to preheat the raw material acid and then is sent to the hot water tank for later use. The other evaporated condensate is concentrated in the condensate tank for centralized use or subsequent biochemical treatment. The system is continuous production with high degree of automation, safety and stability, and stable operation.
